we have created an aesthetically pleasing, and fully mobile responsive ecommerce shopify website design for gorgeousfeather.com. We wanted to improve the shopper’s ability to find what they are looking for quickly and easily while navigating through your shopping cart by utilizing clear and simple UI/UX.
By creating a solid on page search engine optimization strategy, and by optimizing all image code structures and core web vitals, gorgeousfeather.com increased it’s mobile performance by 40%. Our Role

HOW AND WHAT WE DO
A full-scale redesign was completed at Gorgeous Feather using current e-commerce UX standards.
Our approach to design placed great emphasis on easy-to-use navigation so customers could locate items quickly and easily while using layouts designed to promote conversion through highlighting key item details.
The site was also redesigned to provide a seamless shopping experience regardless of what device it is viewed on; as the primary focus was to be on mobile usability, since many users view and purchase from the same mobile and tablet devices they use to access social media and other web applications.
In addition, a complete SEO analysis was done on the site. The site’s overall structure was optimized, and its meta tags were enhanced for improved search engine interpretation.
Product schema detail was added to each product page to enable richer search results and the sites’ internal linking strategy was modified to improve crawlability, while distributing link equity to areas of the site that needed it most.
Collectively these actions have allowed GorgeousFeather.com to improve its ranking position on competing fashion related keyword terms, and therefore drive additional qualified organic traffic to the site.
Advanced optimizations were also made to the site to optimize performance and user experience.
Image compression was used to compress images to smaller file sizes without compromising image quality, lazy loading was implemented to delay the loading of images that are off-screen, and minimize render blocking scripts to prevent delays in page rendering.
The sum total of these enhancements has resulted in an approximate 40% increase in mobile page load scores, resulting in lower bounce rates and increased engagement.
